follow me now if you wanna go down to this place i know of it's not far but it's sort of hard to describe where it is we could go today you'd find it hard not to stay until we've gone on home you won't feel so alone dressed up & feeling like you matter see you there it'll all be worth it your eyes revealing what you want all too well hollow me out i'm bored & a coward erase my whole self swallow the doubt & please don't give up evasive maneuvers facing your own shadow alone in case i throw up picking up the pieces of your laughter do you care is it worth it adjust the feeling that you know all too well in your eyes in your eyes in your eyes in your eyes...

night owl 03:05
tried some glasses on but you couldn't see any better as a matter of fact it was worse cracked the window for a smoke & maybe a smile make it all back up to yourself just ignore an ocean of doubt i don't wanna go back to being automatic my will is strong but i stayed up late way too tired to be awake & after a while make it all back up to yourself now you have a notion about how it's not what you wanna see figure this thing out truly when you decide you're gonna get it right but it's never easy all these pens keep running out of ink always critical of how you can't deal with failure there's really no one to blame if you make something you like just give it a while it'll all work out cause your soul isn't giving up as soon as i got home my thoughts got lost in waterfalls so i put on a song my bloody valentine instrumental no. 2 then i stared at a wall i wasn't thinking of anything in particular it was just nice to sit there listening to my favorite song cause i'm burnt out on the rest of 'em it's like being in love it's not what you wanna see figure this thing out truly when you decide you're gonna get it right but it's never easy all these pens keep running out of ink

guts 04:06
i can remember the last time it didn't hurt there's no relief in sight late in december so long ago but i can still feel it every day when i wake up please it's just me i need someone to talk to take my place i know you could do better safe from harm with nowhere to go stay right where you are fight for the answers even at times when you know that won't work something inside knows you should fate is a cancer a bad song with too much reverb i'll give it a kiss in spite but sometimes you'll find a way to get through it change your fate from a one way to something that's fluid hide in the moment like it's the last one with all that you've learned something you mean to deny what's inside you when it's pent up & twisted in turns you're better than that at least i think so

somewhere 05:29
what do you believe in fixing a flat tire you think an awful lot about it tilting on an incline the quota's hung up on you a bad phone call & feeling blue it shows even if it’s not what you think through everything out with the sink 6 months in between the fall & where you’ve been so I wipe my eyes just so I can read margins and lines give it space as I turn away & push it all down should I take the blame maybe you should just do the same why am I so affected by it a 9 to 5 masochist somewhere you’ve never been floating in selflessness unconditional surrender you have to give it all up higher than words can go growing above yourself if truth is a relative place you’ll doubt it for a second it’s too late but nothing can describe the feeling of where you are I won’t avoid your eyes & I’ll help when you catastrophize duck my head in your lens your drew away & strike my nerves down the smell dissociates & you’ve got that look on your face hey can we address that this is a moment or is there really something more to it somewhere

you're scaring me all the time now i don't even bat an eye still separate from me are you trying to hide you won't say you won't say he's selling it cheap i'm not a liar take my shape away it's not mine impossible to make it out alive you won't say you won't say oh no, it's not mine oh no, it's not mine oh no, it's not mine tell me about your day i've got headphones on what'd you say? did you happen to have a good day? it doesn't matter it's taken up in a blaze & hiding till the wind comes lost what you're trying to say it's not taking off the ground you saved me from my own device what's still crumbling on the inside you won't say you won't say oh no, it's not mine oh no, it's not mine
